My rate is $146 for all 55 minute psychotherapeutic sessions.  Please note that all sessions are provided through a secure online portal at this time.  I accept private pay as well as most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.  Co-payment or co-insurance is due at the time of session.  If you have other insurance coverage, I can offer you an invoice to request reimbursement for services rendered to submit to your insurance company.  However, I don't guarantee reimbursement and you'll still be responsible for full payment at or before our session time.

If you're not interested in therapy but, would like to learn either Non-Linear Movement, Breathwork, or EFT I suggest at least 2-3 sessions, each 55 minutes, to ensure you that.understand the practice enough to use it independently.  Therefore, I offer 2 sessions for $300 or 3 sessions for $425.  When emailing or leaving a message please specify your specific modality interest, if you have one.  If you're unsure what may be most beneficial I'm happy to discuss with you.
